Tell us about your recent trip to New Mexico. it looked lovely!
My road trip to New Mexico and Colorado was life changing. This summer has been a complete roller coaster of emotions and being able to disconnect from it all (literally there was no signal) was truly magical. The main destination was Ice Lake Basin in Silverton Colorado. We hiked for 10 hours and hiked a total of 8 miles. Such a beautiful trail! Pictures just don't do it justice.
Is working out something you enjoy or just do for fun?
Working out is something I definitely enjoy doing. Although I don't workout every day I make sure to stay active even if it just means a 10 minute bike ride around my neighborhood . I'll do anything for those endorphins.
How do you engage in playful practice?
I've been engaging in playful practice by having dance parties in my kitchen alone, running through flower fields and by spending as much time outdoors as I can.
What’s your favorite song to dance to?
My favorite song to dance is definitely Hey Ya by Outkast or I Gotta a Feeling by the Black Eyed Peas. ;)
What's your favorite activity to do in the summertime?
My favorite summer activity is hands down having outdoor picnics!
Is there a particular activity you enjoy to get your body moving?
I really enjoy cardio and bike riding. Running has always relieved stress and bike rides make me feel free.
